Sterling silver small post heart shape earring with a small dot of white synthetic opal.  It measures approximately 1/4" long by just over 1/4" wide.  It is Zuni hand made by Cyrus Lutse.  Also available in synthetic pink opal. Choose color when ordering. Post is towards the top of the heart.
