This sterling silver pendant has a 7x20mm black onxy stone that is set in plain bezel with a twist wire border and silver drops at the bottom.  It measures approximately 1 1/4" long including bail (1/8" opening) by 7/16" wide. It is Navajo hand made by Jamison Kee.
