Sterling silver pendant with a 7x14mm amber stone set in saw tooth bezel. It measures approximately 3/4" long including bail (1/8" opening) by just over 1/4" wide. It is Navajo hand made by Dorothy Yazzie. Color shades will vary and some more clearer than others.
