Sterling silver ring with an oval turquoise stone and twist wire border on a single wire split shank.  Top measures approximately 1" long by 3/4" wide.  It is Navajo hand made.  Available in assorted types of turquoise in blue and green shades, some with heavy matrix.  Available in size 6 thru 9 1/2.
