Large seed bead continuous loop earring.  It measures 2 5/8" in diameter (outer hoop) or 2 1/4" in diameter (inner hoop) by 1/4" wide.  It is  Navajo hand crafted by Cassandra Martin.  Now only this pair available. Non sterling post and clasp.
